Nicole Bradberry is a trailblazing healthcare entrepreneur and executive with a career spanning over 30 years. She is the CEO and Founder of the Florida Association of ACOs, an organization she established over a decade ago to unite value-based care stakeholders, and she recently expanded her leadership footprint by launching the Texas Association of ACOs. Nicole's extensive background began on the payer side with organizations like Cigna and United Healthcare, where she spearheaded innovative affordability programs that saved nearly a billion dollars. Recognized as a pioneer in value-based care, she went on to found early enablement companies such as Rise Health and Citra Health, successfully building and managing some of the first Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in the country. Today, in addition to her association leadership, she runs Value Service Management to help long-term care facilities transition to risk-sharing models, all while remaining deeply passionate about advancing "root cause healthcare" that treats food and movement as medicine.
